Starbucks opened the year with a beagle inspired Year of the Dog card. Of course, cats are not to be outdone! This summer, Starbucks and acclaimed fashion house Paul & Joe present a limited-edition merchandise and Starbucks Card that features founder Sophie Méchaly’s beloved pet cat Gipsy – her inspiration and the symbol of the fashion house.
The exclusive collection includes stylish drinkware, tote bag, Starbucks Card and the beloved Starbucks Bearista dressed up in an outfit inspired by Gipsy the cat. “Just as our customers are always looking out for new styles and trends, Starbucks is persistently seeking out sought-after designers from around the world that share our passion for fun, so that we can bring exciting new collections to stores here in the Philippines,” said Keith Cole, head of marketing for Starbucks Philippines. “Starbucks is thrilled to work with Paul & Joe on this fresh and fun collection for summer.”
The Paul & Joe collection is the first in Starbucks new designer collaboration platform, Starbucks X, which is exclusive to Asia. Starbucks X searches across the globe to bring customers unique cultural experiences through exclusive designer collaborations.
