Less than a month ago, I posted about how I was able to get an item that was no longer available in PH stores by shopping online using GCASH American Express Virtual Pay. Going with Amazon.com, I was able to get the gaming mouse for only $90.25 ($82.80 + $7.45 sales tax). Adding up the $17.43 shipping fee, the total amount that I spent was $107.68. Converted at $1=P42, that’s P4522.56. Now, just to give you an idea as to how affordable this is, the lower and much older model Logitech G700 is sold in the Philippines for at least P6000, so imagine how much the upgraded G700S would have cost if it was available here.

Just a few days over the expected delivery date, understandably because of the Habagat rains and flooding that ravaged the Metro, the Logitech G700S was delivered unscathed to our doorsteps. The feedback that I got from Jae to whom I gave this to as a gift is that it is every gamer’s wet dream come to life. So I guess that’s another happy online shopping customer right there.
